PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a seat sliding device constituted free to firmly fix even an intermediate part of a lower rail to a floor without preparing another part to mount by welding such as a bracket, etc. SOLUTION: This seat sliding device is furnished with a bolt 71 to be inserted into a plurality of holes formed on the lower rail 40 and engagement members 81, 85 to engage the bolt 71 with the lower rail 40 before the lower rail 40 is installed on the floor 12.
