PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LD write-in device which can stably light without a wavelength flit. SOLUTION: The LD write-in device used in writing of image information to a photoreceptor 26 carries out temperature control of LDs 11 and 12 used for the writing by temperature control instruments 9 and 10. The LDs 11 and 12 are controlled by a temperature whereby the phenomenon that a lighting center wavelength of the LDs 11 and 12 flits among specific wavelength bands is suppressed.
