SOLUTION: This game system is provided with readout means 3 and 327 reading record information of game recording media; game use processing means 3 and 328 performing game use processing; a consumed game value storage means 100 storing the magnitude of the consumed game value; a privilege game value storage means 100 storing a privilege game value usable for the game; a privilege game value adding means, when the consumed game value reaches a preset magnitude, adding the privilege game value to the privilege game value stored in the privilege game value storage means; and a privilege game value use permission means 100, when the magnitude of the privilege game value reaches the prescribed magnitude, permitting the use of the stored privilege game value to the game.
