PURPOSE: A multi-staple device capable of multi-stapling more than two places is provided to rotate a stapler when a paper is supported on the first reference wall, in order to staple by being inclined on an edge of the paper, and to move the stapler along a side of the supported paper when the paper is supported on the second reference walls, thereby stapling more than two places. CONSTITUTION: A fixing axis(65) is installed in parallel with a mobile direction of a stapler(75). The first guide(50) has the first reference wall(51) for supporting a paper accumulated on a compile tray. The second guides(60a,60b) comprise the second reference walls(61a,61b) for supporting the paper when the first reference wall(51) is open. The first guide(50) is axially rotated at the fixing axis(65) when the stapler(75) moves as much as predetermined distance along a direction of the fixing axis(65) from a home position, so that the first reference wall(51) can be open.
