Pulsation-cavitation energy generator includes pump, electric motor and rotor with screw grooves and nozzles, placed vertically in reservoir. Drive shaft of energy generator is connected to shaft of electric motor and shaft of pump. Energy generator with pump is placed in tank with sealed cover on which electric motor is fixed. The tank is equipped with pressure and discharge fittings and is connected to heat heating network. Main working device of energy generator – conical-cylindrical rotor – is placed in conical case with larger diameter up. The lower part of the rotor is fit on two pins fixed on vertical shaft and the upper part of the rotor is closed with flat ring with cuts. On the side surface of the rotor placed in conical case screw grooves are cut, with right-screw threading and constant pitch of screw at varying angle of inclination of groove to horizontal plane. |
