APPARATUS, CAPABLE OF SAVING COAL IN CHARGING CAR HOPPER, FOR OPENING AND SHUTTING HOPER COVERS OF CHARGING CAR

PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for opening and shutting hoper covers of charging car to prevent loss of coal in charging car hopper and prevent rainwater or external impurities from flowing into charging car. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a vertical rod (100) lifted and lowered with being connected to a liftable and lowerable cylinder (110); hopper covers (130) installed at both ends of a rotary bar (120) horizontally rotated with being fixed to an upper part of the vertical rod; a rotary means (140) installed in such a way that the rotary bar is reciprocatingly rotated in a certain section with the rotary means being arranged on a lower part of the rotary bar; scattering preventing hopper inner cylinders (160) connected to both ends of a horizontal bar (150) installed on a lower part of the rotary means with being inserted onto the vertical rod; a supporting stand (170) connected to the vertical rod to push up the horizontal bar installed on an upper part of the supporting stand as the supporting stand is being lifted and lowered along with the vertical rod; and a control part (200) connected to the liftable and lowerable cylinder and the rotary means to control lifting and lowering of the vertical rod and action of the rotary means.
