PURPOSE: A current driving apparatus and a display device are provided to suppress the variation of a gate potential of a MISFET due to a current flowing to a display panel in the display device and thus to suppress crosstalk generation of the display device. CONSTITUTION: According to the current driving apparatus formed on a semiconductor chip, the first MISFET(53) receives a reference current from a reference current source. A current dividing MISFET(55-1) is constituted with the first MISFET and a current mirror circuit, and transfers the reference current. A current input MISFET(57-1) is connected to the current dividing MISFET. A plurality of current supply units(59-1) have a current source MISFET constituting the current input MISFET and the current mirror circuit, and an output port to output a current according to display data. A current transfer MISFET constitutes the current source MISFET and the current input MISFET and the current mirror circuit. And a reference current output port is formed on a region less than 200 micrometer far from the current transfer MISFET, and outputs a current from the current transfer MISFET.
