<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure vessel easy to be manufactured, possible to be filled with gas at high speed and to be miniaturized. <P>SOLUTION: This pressure vessel 1 is provided with a vessel main body 10 having a gas housing chamber 17 inside thereof, a gas filling opening 16, and at least one baffle plate 2A arranged in the housing chamber 17 of the vessel main body 10 to cross the housing chamber 17. The baffle plate 2A changes flowing direction of the gas flowing from the gas filling opening 16. The baffle plate 2A has a central plate part 3, an annular peripheral edge plate part 4, a plurality of gas flow hole parts 6 formed between the central plate part 3 and the peripheral edge plate part 4, and a plurality of connection parts 5 connecting the central plate part 3 to the peripheral edge plate parts 4. The peripheral edge plate part 4 is connected to the peripheral surface of the housing chamber 17 of the vessel main body 10 over the whole circumference, projecting inward.
