<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unerringly remove sticking dregs of a drink extraction substance by using hot water to extract a drink as flowing water. <P>SOLUTION: The drink extractor, raises the upper end of an extrusion member 22 in a cylinder tube portion 19 to the position flush with the upper end of a cylinder member 16 and then discharges hot water heated to a prescribed temperature from the upper end of the extrusion member 22 through a supply pipe 76 by a pressure pump transferring water for extracting espresso coffee by a prescribed pressure through a hot water pouring through hole 75 formed in the extrusion member 22, and cleans a filter provided on the upper end of the extrusion member 22.
