PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such that a signal transmission cable, a power supply cable and the like are inconvenient to carry, complicated in installation and become obstructive although such cables become problematic when installing a power amplifier and a speaker with a considerable distance between in an audio reproducing apparatus. SOLUTION: A power source circuit constituted by parallel-disposing a power amplifier driving battery and an electric double layer capacitor is provided in the speaker system to deal with an overcurrent caused by a rapid change of an audio signal, and a sound volume and sound quality are maintained by a small battery on the market to operate for a long period of time. Further, the audio signal is transmitted by radio, so that the speaker system is made completely cordless.
