PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly pour purified water or liquid into a battery of an electric forklift using the battery as a driving source from a purified water case to save labor, prevent danger, and save the use of a tool. SOLUTION: A cap with a straight connection pipe having a female screw screw-fitted into a male screw at a mouth of an inner bag of the purified water case is manufactured, and a hose is connected with it. A connector is provided in an intermediate part of the hose, and a manually operated valve with a flow rate adjusting function is attached to the tip of the hose. A flexible and short tip hose is attached to an outlet of the manually operated valve to serve for water replenishment work to a single liquid mouth plug of the battery and direct water replenishment work to a connector for lump water replenishment. The replacement of the purified water case and a tip matching with a pouring port is facilitated, and water can be poured directly from the purified water case.
