PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular information providing device which does not give a sense of incongruity to an observer even when a positional relationship between a displaying means and the observer varies. SOLUTION: This vehicular information providing device 100 performs a body pressure measurement under a state wherein a passenger sits in a seat, estimates the physique and the sitting posture of the passenger by searching a human body data base section 103, and selects a human body oscillation transmitting function. An estimated value for the head section (especially the eye balls) movement of the passenger is calculated by using the human body oscillation transmitting function and detected data for a vehicle motion. A moving amount in the pitch direction of an image display section 108 is calculated by using the detected data indicating the vehicle motion. A relative displacement between the eye balls and the image display section 108 is acquired by using the estimated eye ball location and the location of the image display section 108. The display location of an image which is displayed on the image display section 108 is moved in a manner to cancel the motion of the displayed image caused by the moving amount in the pitch direction and the relative displacement.
