PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear part vehicle body structure for a vehicle with frame capable of enlarging a space in a cabin. SOLUTION: A rear floor under reinforcement outer 32 is bonded to a back surface of an end in a width direction of a rear floor panel 20. A side rail 12 of a frame 10 is arranged such that it is not lapped against the rear floor under reinforcement outer 32 in the width direction of the vehicle and is lapped in a vertical direction of the vehicle.
