PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding-in booklet which can be vertically and laterally widened large by cutting out along a cut line and which is suitable for using by being bound in a magazine or the like, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The binding-in booklet is constituted as mentioned below. A paper piece for a booklet has the following constitution. Four sets of eight unit paper pieces are laterally continuously connected and two sets of the eight unit paper pieces are vertically continuously connected by a lateral folding line for vertically dividing and three longitudinal folding lines for laterally dividing into four. A binding margin piece with a prescribed width is extended to one side end. The cut line is formed between one vertical unit paper piece and the binding margin piece. The paper piece for the booklet is folded so that the binding margin piece is exposed by the central longitudinal folding line and the unit paper piece, to which the cut line is provided, comes to the upper side by the lateral folding line.
