PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melamine resin decorative sheet suppressing the diffusion of an aldehyde smell. SOLUTION: In the melamine resin decorative sheet, coated/impregnated core paper coated with an aldehyde trapping agent is used as resin impregnated core paper at least becoming the lowermost layer. As the aldehyde trapping agent, a composition, which contains at least a nitrogen-containing compound such as an amino compound such as dicyanamide, melamine or the like, amides such as urea, barubituric acid and the like, amino acids such as glutamate, glycine, alanine and the like, a hydrazine derivative such as carbohydrazide, dihydrazide adipate and the like, is used.
