PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a resin panel of good precision without providing a process for boring a hole in a molded product. SOLUTION: This resin panel manufacturing method has a molding process for injecting a resin in the cavity of a mold to mold the molded product wherein a bordering part is provided to the outer periphery of the resin panel and a positioning rib is provided to the outer edge of the bordering part, a holding process for holding the molded product by a holding means having a rib fitting part to which the positioning rib of the molded product is fitted and a cutting-off process for cutting off the bordering part of the molded product held by the holding means by a cutting means to cut the resin panel from the molded product.
