A radiation shield material capable of controlling thickness of non-permeability resin layer and neutron shielding layer according to radiation neutron energy strength is provided to secure safety of an operator by preventing bombed radiation of the operator in an atomic power plant or an atomic power facility. A radiation shielding material comprises a first and a second non-permeability resin layers(1) and a neutron shielding layer(2). The first and the second non-permeability resin layers are made of polyolefin resin including polyolefin resin or inorganic material. The neutron shielding layer is formed through mixing/extrusion/cooling of resin mixture of 100 weight% and at least one element among nano sized gadolinium, boron, and lithium of 1~10 weight%. The resin mixture is made of thermoplastic polyolefin of 10~50 weight% and melting paraffin of 50~90 weight%. The neutron shielding layer is a gel type sheet having a fine air bubble. |
