PURPOSE: A reinforcing structure of transmission mounting parts of a vehicle is provided to reinforce the strength of the transmission mounting parts and to cut down the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing structure of transmission mounting parts of a vehicle reinforces plural mounting parts of a transmission mounting bracket(2) to front inner side members supporting a transmission at the lower end. The section of the front inner side member is formed through hydro-forming. The reinforcing structure of transmission mounting parts includes a pipe nut(11) and a mounting bolt(12). The nut is pierced from the upper side of the front inner side member to the lower side and the upper and lower ends are welded. The mounting bolt is mounted on the top of a flange part(11a) of the upper end of the pipe nut together with the mounting bracket.
