FRONT WHEEL STEERING ANGLE MEASUREMENT APPARATUS OF VEHICLE USING DISPLACEMENT OF RACK BAR USING ENCODERS

PURPOSE: A front wheel steering angle measurement apparatus for a vehicle is provided to precisely measure a front wheel steering angle by directly using a displacement of a rack bar. CONSTITUTION: A front wheel steering angle measurement apparatus includes a first rack gear section(200) fixedly installed at one outer peripheral portion of a rack bar(100). A second rack gear section(300) is aligned in parallel to the first rack gear section(200). A first pinion gear section(400) is engaged with the first rack gear section(200) and a second pinion gear section(500) is engaged with the second rack gear section(300). A first encoding unit(600) is connected to a rotating shaft of the first pinion gear section(400) so as to output a displacement pulse signal. A second encoding unit(700) is connected to a rotating shaft of the second pinion gear section(500) so as to output a displacement pulse signal.
