<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate power source wiring and signal wiring to rear speakers 15, 16 which constitute surround speakers, and generate the same sound effect as a sound effect in a large space even if it is a small room without arranging these speakers 15, 16 on a floor. <P>SOLUTION: A regenerating unit 17 having an attachment plug 23 is attached in a part of an anchoring connection device 22 of a ceiling 21, and a lighting fitting 18 is attached to an anchoring connection device 24 of the regenerating unit 17.
