ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM, COLLECTIVE DWELLING, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power supply system in which a fuel cell can be driven in a highly efficient region, even in the case that the fuel cell is deteriorated with time.

SOLUTION: The electric power supply system for supplying the electric power to loadings comprises a plurality of the fuel cells generating the electric power and supplying it to the loadings, a control part to control the power generation of the fuel cells, an efficiency housing part to house the power generation efficiency of every power generation to the respective fuel cells, and an efficiency calculating part in which the power generation efficiency of the every power generation of the respective fuel cells is calculated in every prescribed period and in which the power generation efficiency housed in the efficiency housing part is renewed. The control part makes the electric power generated in which amounts of the power generation of the respective fuel cells are controlled and the electric powers to be supplied to the loadings are generated based on the power generation efficiency housed in the efficiency housing part, in order that the total power generation efficiency of the plurality of the fuel cells becomes maximum.
