<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform control at the time of fuel charge appropriately on a vehicle side and to realize the supply of power for that without using a vehicle mounted power supply for driving the vehicle or an external power supply. <P>SOLUTION: In the system for charging the fuel supplied from a fuel supply device 1 outside of the vehicle into a high pressure fuel container 12 of the vehicle loading section 2, a charge protection device 16 is installed at a fuel charge line between a fuel charge receptacle 11 and a high pressure fuel container 12 of the vehicle loading section 2. The charge protection device 16 comprises an electromagnetic cut-off valve which conducts and closes the fuel charge line 13 by opening and closing operation and a small size fuel cell for supplying power to the electromagnetic cut off valve. Supply of the fuel to the small size fuel cell is performed by partially dividing or decompressing a part of the fuel supplied from the fuel supply device 1 outside of the vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
