FUEL CELL AND AIR PURIFIER FOR FUEL CELL

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an air purifier for a fuel cell which efficiently removes pollutants in the air is required since the generated voltage of the fuel cell drops due to pollutants such as NOx, SOx or the like containing in the air.

SOLUTION: The fuel cell is purified by supplying air to the mixture of pellet of activated carbon with a pellet-like molding which carries Palladium to alumina as a first pollutants removal means and a pellet-like molding which carries potassium permanganate to alumina as a second pollutants removal means. The means for generating ozone can be used as the first pollutants removal means.
