摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the magnetic flux density is degraded if the cold rolling ratio is &ge;70%, and a non-directional silicon steel plate of especially high magnetic flux density in L and C directions cannot be obtained in a method in which molten steel is rapidly solidified by a surface of a moving cooling body and the particle size of the crystalline structure of a solidified cast slab is &ge;50 &mu;m as a method for manufacturing the non-directional silicon steel plate of high magnetic flux density in L and C directions. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the non-directional silicon steel plate capable of considerably enhancing the magnetic flux density in the rolling direction and the direction orthogonal thereto without any cracks in the cold rolling is realized by setting the strength of ä100} plane parallel to a surface of a cast slab in a center layer of the cast slab when forming a cast steel strip by solidification by the surface of the moving cooling body to be at least 4 times in terms of the random ratio, and performing the cold rolling at 180-350&deg;C with the draft of 70-85%.
