<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing makeup materials of a cement system which are capable of exhibiting an excellent strength, while remaining sufficiently glossy. <P>SOLUTION: A process of preparing S10 for obtaining a raw material of a cement system that contains a part of SiO<SB>2</SB>and a part of CaO as well as a shaping mold 10, at least a part of its lower surface forming a cavity 10a is a mirror surface, has a flow process S20 that pours mortar in the cavity 10a and a shaping process S30 whose shaping body 20 is mortar, while vibrating an inner mortar of the cavity 10a, in addition to a consolidating process S30 for obtaining the makeup material 30 of the cement system that solidifies through producing a hydrate of calcium silicate from the shaped body 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
