<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration suppressing control device capable of suppressing incompatibility by achieving both attenuation of vibration and responsiveness in a system constantly controlling driving torque as well as brake and drive. <P>SOLUTION: The constant of a phase compensator (a phase compensating filter) 22 is set according to a clutch control signal at the time of switching of clutch status, and each constant (ωp, ζp, ωm, ζm) of the phase compensator is continuously changed to prevent a discontinuous sudden change in the output of the phase compensator.
