<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a terminal fitting from being removed even if the fitting is deformed. <P>SOLUTION: In the terminal fitting 2, a lock projection part 27 projecting in a direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of both terminal fittings 1, 2 and approximately along a plate surface is provided on a hole fringe part of a mounting hole 8. In a proper combining status in which first engaging parts 6 of the both terminal fittings 1, 2 are inserted into second engaging parts 7 of opposite side terminal fittings, the lock projecting part 27 can engage to the first engaging part 6 of the opposite side terminal fitting to limit the sliding in a removing direction of the first engaging part 6. The lock projecting part 27 is unlikely to be disengaged, even if a part of the terminal fittings 1, 2 is deformed to loosen the both terminal fittings 1, 2 in a thickness direction, preventing the both terminal fittings 1, 2 from being removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
