PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock recovery circuit which overcomes the problem that frame synchronization is not obtained from an OFDM signal which contains an interference signal. SOLUTION: The clock recovery circuit for an OFDM receiver, which receives an OFDM signal coming from a broadcast station, detects a null symbol for each frame from the received OFDM signal, and generates a clock signal based on the detected null symbol, comprises: a BPF group 41 for dividing the received OFDM signal into a plurality of frequency bands for each frame; an AND gate 45 for finally detecting the null symbol in each frequency band for each frame, which was divided by the BPF group 41, via a rectifier group 42, an LPF group 43, and a comparator group 44; and a clock circuit 32 for generating the clock signal based on the detected null symbol.
