PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating roll-like label which is waterproof, excellent in a heat insulation property and impact resistance and suitable for envelope sticking by a hot melt adhesive material in the roll-like label to be wound around a glass bottle or the like, for which envelope sticking is performed at its end part. SOLUTION: For the heat insulating roll-like label 1, on the printing ink layer surface of a base material film 10 for which a printing ink layer 12 is executed on a back surface, through an adhesive material layer 14 composed of extruded polyethylene, spunbond nonwoven fabric 16 for which long fibers whose core is composed of polyester resin and sheath is composed of polyethylene resin are planarly opened and adhered at random is laminated.
