PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive film maintaining properties essential to a polyolefin resin and having excellent adhesion even without using an adhesive and to provide a laminate using the same. SOLUTION: A resin composition comprises 50-99 wt.% of an ethylenic polymer (A) having 0.1-100 (g/10 min) melt flow rate (MFR, ASTM D1238, 190°C and 2.16 kg load) and 0.905-0.960 (g/cm<SP>3</SP>) density (ASTM D1505) and 1-50 wt.% of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (B) having 0.1-100 (g/10 min) melt flow rate (MFR, ASTM D1238, 190°C and 2.16 kg load) and 0.850-0.905 (g/cm<SP>3</SP>) density. The adhesive film or sheet is formed from the resin composition and at least one surface thereof is subjected to an oxidation treatment.
