PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the supply speed of sparkling drink from being excessively reduced when the temperature of sparkling drink poured from a sparkling drink container is low, and to realize carbon dioxide pressure as adequate as possible. SOLUTION: A first bias spring 21 and a second bias spring 23 are operable to a diaphragm 14 to which the pressure of carbon dioxide supplied in a barrel is applied. The first bias spring 21 is compressed by a sleeve 18 moved together with a piston 35 which detects the temperature of beer supplied from the barrel and is moved, applies a predetermined bias force according to the temperature of beer from the condition when the temperature is low, and prevents the beer supply speed from being too low, and realizes the adequate secondary pressure of carbon dioxide from the aspect of taste. When the temperature of beer rises and exceeds the set value, the sleeve 18 is abutted on a slider 26. Subsequently, the second bias spring 23 is also compressed, and the adequate secondary pressure of carbon dioxide according to the temperature of beer is realized by both springs.
