PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating fan cover structure for preventing the drop of dew condensation water. SOLUTION: In the ventilating fan cover structure 20, an opening portion 21a is provided near a wall panel 12b on a ceiling panel 13b assembled at the upper end of the wall panel 12b, a ventilating fan 23 is mounted in the opening portion 21a, and a ventilating fan cover 24 is mounted at the lower part of the opening portion 21a for receiving water dropping from the ventilating fan 23. The ventilating fan cover 24, when mounted, is so inclined that its upper face is down at the side of the wall panel 2b. A weir 25b is provided on the upper face of the ventilating fan cover 24 at its lower end side and a hole 26 is provided in the weir 25b. A groove 27 is provided in the upper face of the ventilating fan cover 24 so that water residing on the upper face of the ventilating fan cover 24 flows to the lower end side of the ventilating fan cover 24.
