PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that water permeates an asphalt surface because cracks etc. appear on the asphalt surface when affected by direct sunlight, rainwater, etc. over a long period of time, though waterproofing is applied by directly sticking asphalt on the wall of slab concrete, in a waterproof structure of the wall of a conventional roof building. SOLUTION: In the waterproof structure of the wall on a roof floor, a foaming agent, which is mainly composed of a one-component hydrophobic isocyanate compound, is poured into a space part which is obtained by fixing a lightweight plate with a plurality of protrusions to a slab concrete surface, and the whole space part is sealed while insoluble polyurea gel (a urethane resin) is formed in water in the space part. In the case of the wall of a basement, the foaming agent is poured into a space part which is provided between the wall and a lightweight plate attached to a soil retaining sheet pile, so that the whole space part can be similarly sealed and so that water can be prevented from intruding from the outside.
