PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated fabric having high moisture-permeable and waterproof performances and excellent in peel strength and tear strength and touch feeling, and to provide a method for producing the coated fabric at a low cost. SOLUTION: The coated fabric is a textile fabric where at least one of the obverse and reverse sides is provided with a two-layer coating comprising two resins differing in composition from each other; wherein on the cut surface of the textile fabric, the boundary line at which the two coating layers contact with each other is wavy.
