PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembling workability by properly positioning an assembling position of a lean hose on a vehicle body structure. SOLUTION: Upper ends of the center lean hoses 19, 20 are connected to a deck cross member 16, left and right ends of the deck cross member 16 are made free to be connected to a front pillar 12, claws 33 formed on lower ends of the center lean hoses 19, 20 are made free to be positioned by engaging with an opening 34 formed at the back bone lean hose 14 and the lower ends of the center lean hoses 19, 20 are made free to be connected to a floor panel 11 through the back bone lean hose 14 in this state.
