PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hydraulic transfer body which washes the surface of a body to be transferred without damaging the surface, and its facility. SOLUTION: The manufacturing facility is for the hydraulic transfer body. A washing device 30 has a washing tank 31, which stores the body 3 to be transferred moved from a hydraulic transfer device while keeping a hydraulic transfer film 2 deposited on it and which brings it into contact with the washing water 4, and a water flow generating means 31A for forming the water flow, which is made into contact with the body 3 to be transferred stored in the washing tank 31, in the washing tank 31.
