PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier composite film good in the adhesiveness of a base film and a gas barrier layer even if a coating agent, which is enhanced in gas barrier properties by increasing the amount of an inorganic lamellar compound, is used and capable of keeping high laminate bond strength and heat-sealing strength in a case formed into a composite laminated film and a packaging bag. SOLUTION: In the gas barrier composite film obtained by successively laminating a base film layer, an adhesive layer and a gas barrier layer, the adhesive layer is formed using a carbodiimide group-containing polyurethane resin with a carbodiimide group equivalent of 200-10,000 and a weight average molecular weight of 5,000-200,000 and an isocyanate type curing agent. The gas barrier layer is formed using at least one gas barrier resin selected from the group consisting of a polyvinyl alcohol copolymer and an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer, and the inorganic lamellar compound.
