PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing method, in which all the creamy solder filler in the opening part of the pattern of a printing screen S is transferred to a substrate at the leaving of the substrate from the screen and neither blur nor break nor deficit portion develops in the printing of the substrate and its printing equipment. SOLUTION: In this screen printing method, by rotating the shaft 7a of a motor 7 clockwise and anticlockwise a little at a time under the condition that a circuit substrate P and the chucking parts 24c and 25c of a substrate clamping mechanism 16 are closely adhered to the printing screen S, the chuck part and the ciruit substrate P are vibrated towards the Z-axis, the printing screen S is resonated, a motor 19 is driven and a backup base 13 is lowered in the z-axis to result in leaving the substrate P sucked on a sucking jig 20 from the screen S. Or, by rotating the shaft 7a of the motor 7 clockwise and anticlockwise a little at a time for rotating movement, the chuck part and the circuit substrate P are left from the printing screen S.
