PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propellant container and riveting device simplified in handling for a user. SOLUTION: This explosive force driving riveting device 10 has a power consumption part 30, a driving mechanism 12 driven by a propellant 23 and a storing part 15 for the propellant container 20. In the propellant container 20 having an internal space 22 for storing the propellant 23, a power source 40 such as a battery or a storage battery is arranged. Preferably, the power source 40 is arranged in a storing part 44 of the propellant container 20, is held in the propellant container 20 by a clip connecting part 43 or is fixed to the propellant container 20 by an adhesion connecting part 45. Energy capacity of the power source 40 is made as capacity corresponding to driving medium capacity of the driving medium container 20.
