PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inconvenience in receiving a customer in a reception counter because of the increased distance between a clerk and the customer when the baggage is put on a baggage shelf and to prevent the reduction of width of a passage on the rear side of the customer according to the quantity of projection of the baggage shelf. SOLUTION: The baggage shelf is attached in the front of the reception counter 1, with a baggage mounting surface being inclined backward lower than a top 2 of the counter.
