PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing skewered dumplings, capable of mechanically producing the skewered dumplings containing prescribed ingredient materials such as broth, etc., at the inside of the dumplings. SOLUTION: This device for producing the skewered dumplings consists of a pair of extruding rolls 2 arranged as freely rotating in inner direction oppositely each other so as to extrude a definite amount of dumpling dough material 19 from a die 3, a pair of forming rolls 8 arranged as freely rotating in inner direction oppositely each other for taking the dumpling dough material 19 and forming it as the dumpling shape in the lower direction of the extruding rolls 2, a skewering means 9 installed as attached to the forming rolls 8 and aiming to skewer the formed dumpling dough materials 19 and a form-adjusting roll 16 with a receiver 17 for adjusting the forms of the formed and skewered dumpling dough materials 19 as adjacent to the forming roll 8, and arranging an ingredient-supplying pipe 5 for aiming to contain the prescribed ingredient material 22 in the dumpling dough material 19 in the die 3 under the extruding rolls 2.
