PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD WITH THERMISTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting printed circuit board with a thermistor for IGBT temperature detection as a low-cost printed circuit board capable of correctly detecting the temperature of a semiconductor switching element, and ensuring quick mounting by an automatic machine without needing high insulation. SOLUTION: This printed circuit board is composed by mounting and soldering: an inverter circuit for converting a direct current to an alternating current of a predetermined frequency by switching it with a semiconductor switching element; a heat radiation fin for radiating heat generated from the semiconductor switching element by mounting the semiconductor switching element; and the thermistor for detecting the temperature of the semiconductor switching element. The thermistor is soldered to a leg part of the semiconductor switching element exposed to the soldering surface side of the printed circuit board, or to the vicinity of the leg part.
