A compressor is provided to make the flow of coolant through the secondary coolant suction path which connects the swash plate chamber and the coolant storage chamber smooth by expanding the flow path through the slot of the suction gasket and the cut part of the rear valve plate. A compressor comprises front and rear cylinder blocks(130,131), front and rear valve plates(170,180), front and rear intake gaskets(200,210) interposed between the front/rear cylinder block and the front/rear valve plate, a plurality of slots formed in the rear intake gasket corresponding to a secondary coolant intake path(133), and a plurality of cut parts formed on the rear valve plate corresponding to the secondary coolant intake path.
