PURPOSE: An antibacterial plastic composition and a drum washing machine containing an installing stand prepared by using the composition are provided, to prevent the generation of bacteria and fungi at the installing stand. CONSTITUTION: The antibacterial plastic composition comprises 99.0-99.7 wt% of polypropylene; and 0.3-1.0 wt% of an antibacterial master batch which comprises 89 wt% of propylene, 5 wt% of an isothiazolin-based compound, 5 wt% of an inorganic composite compound and 1 wt% of a silver compound. Preferably the isothiazolin-based compound comprises the 4,5-dichloro-2-n-octyl-4-isothiazoli-3-none represented by the formula 1 and the 2-N-octyl-4-isothiazoli-3-none represented by the formula 2 in the ratio of 4:1; and the inorganic composite compound is zinc oxide.
