摘要 PURPOSE: A device for preventing a rise of discharge pressure of a scroll compressor is provided to reduce leakage and the length of an assembling process of parts by integrally forming an IPR valve and a vacuum-preventing device. CONSTITUTION: A scroll compressor has a vacuum-preventing device(50) inside a fixed scroll(7) to prevent a low-pressure side from becoming vacuum by bypassing high-pressure gas in vacuum operation. In a device for preventing a rise of discharge pressure of the scroll compressor, an IPR valve is mounted to a piston(52) in the vacuum-preventing device, to reduce a pressure difference of high pressure and low pressure in high-pressure operation. In the IPR valve, a flow groove(55) is formed to the outside diameter part of the piston inserted in a piston chamber(51) of the vacuum-preventing device. A valve chamber(56) having a conical contact surface(56c) is formed in the piston. A ball(57) for opening and shutting a passage, and a spring(58) for elastically supporting the ball are inserted in the valve chamber. If the discharge pressure acting on the ball is smaller than the spring force, the valve chamber is closed by the ball and if the discharge pressure acting on the ball is greater than the spring force, the ball is opened and discharge gas is bypassed.
