MIXED FERMENTATIVE FISHMEAL MANUFACTURED BY USING FISHERY'S AND SLAUGHTER'S BY-PRODUCTS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY FERMENTED AND MIXED FISHMEAL

PURPOSE: Provided are mixed fermentative fishmeal manufactured by using fishery's and slaughter's by-products and a method for manufacturing the same to provide high quality mixed fermentative fishmeal. As recycling the by-products, environmental pollution is prevented. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of mixed fermentative fishmeal comprises the steps of: steaming fishery's and slaughter's by-products; selecting and screening the steamed by-products; cutting and grinding the selected and screened by-products, followed by mixing and stirring; and fermenting the mixture using Lactobacillus, Bacillus, Bifidus, and Saccharomyces with molasses and sulfadioxide to give mixed fermentative fishmeal.
