MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PRECAST COMPOSITE BEAM, ENABLING EFFICIENT DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF COMPOSITE BEAM USING TENDONS

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a precast composite beam is provided to shorten a term of works of manufacture and construction of the composite beam by manufacturing the composite beam without preflexion surcharge and to enable reduction of the construction cost for the manufacture of the composite beam. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a precast composite beam(300) comprises steps of introducing a first compressing prestressing to a lower concrete precast member(310) via tendons(330a) in a state uncombined with a steel main girder(320); manufacturing the composite beam by connecting the lower concrete precast member with the previously manufactured steel main girder; and additionally introducing at least secondary compressing prestressing to the lower concrete precast member.
