<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt line molding excellent in appearance around a seal lip outside of an automobile and sealing properties. <P>SOLUTION: The belt line molding 20 is formed of a hard material, and shaped in a substantially inverse U-shaped cross section consisting of a car outer side sidewall 21, an upper wall 22, and a car inner side sidewall 23. A decoration member 27 is attached to the surface of the outer sidewall, and the side end of the decoration member covers the outer sidewall 21 to the vicinity of the front end. A car outer side seal lip 26 is provided in the front end of the outer sidewall. The seal lip 26 is formed of a soft material with a plurality of bent parts midway.
