<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the drive unit of an optical part whose structure is simple and by which the optical part is precisely driven even though it is made small-sized, light in weight and inexpensive. <P>SOLUTION: The drive unit of the optical part possesses the optical part (10), a support member to support the optical part in a specified direction in a movable state through a suspension (40) having elasticity, an electric coil (20) provided at the optical part, a metallic land (30) provided at the optical part and a permanent magnet (50) provided at a position corresponding to the electric coil on the supporting member. The electric coil and the metallic land are respectively and directly formed on the optical part in a coating state. The suspension is soldered to the metallic land. Voltage is applied to the electric coil, so that the optical part is driven in the specified direction by the electromagnetic induction work of the permanent magnet and the electric coil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
