<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid extractor for food that can smoothly extract useful components in high concentration and simultaneously reduces the water content in the extraction residue thereby lightening the load in the waste disposal. <P>SOLUTION: A network filter 2 is arranged on the bottom of the extraction tank and simultaneously the extraction tank is equipped with a shower 3 for spraying hot water to the raw material charged in the extraction tank and with a stirring blade 4 for stirring the raw materials in the tank.
